LeBron Raymone James Sr. was born on December 30, 1984. He is an American professional basketball player. King James has been widely considered to be the greatest of all time players in basketball. Michael Jordan is usually the subject of debates about which is the most outstanding player. James has the distinction of winning four NBA titles. He has four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. and two Olympic gold medals. James is the holder of having the top number of points scored in the post-season. He is second in total career point total and seventh the most assists in his career. In addition to being an NBA All-Star, James was selected as a member of the NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. Ten NBA Finals is the most ever, including eight in a row between 2011 and 2018. In 2018 James was also chosen for The NBA 75th Anniversary team. In 2021, James was chosen to join make the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022 he became the first athlete to ever in NBA history to rack up 10,000 or more career points rebounds and assists. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High in Akron Ohio, where he was raised. The national media praised James as a possible NBA star. As a prep to pro his dream, his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the first pick overall during the NBA draft of 2003. In his time as the NBA rookie player in 2004 he established himself quickly as one of the most elite athletes in the league, winning the NBA MVP award for 2009 and 2010. James did not win an award in Cleveland and departed the city with the status of"a "free agent" in 2010. The decision was announced during the television special The Decision.
